Representative Matters and Experience

  • Representative MattersAt a life sciences company, we led the development and implementation of a legislative, regulatory, marketing and sales strategy for pursuit of the Biosecurity market across the legislative and executive branches of the U.S. Government, State and Local Governments, and internationally. We also spearheaded the company’s participation ( at times in conjunction with other life science tools companies at BIO and other trade groups) in legislative process leading up to enactment of the PAHPA and PREP Act, which ultimately benefited the company, the industry and the public during the H1N1 Influenza Pandemic.

  • Mr. Mazella served for two years as a (paid) LBJ Congressional Intern to Rep. Robert A. Roe (D. NJ), who after many years in Congress was Chair of the House Public Works Committee.
