Pre-award Services
Business Development and Marketing. Identify potential customers, opportunities and areas for growth based upon market analysis. Develop and implement plans to assess customer needs, revenue potential and competitive environment vis-a-vis client capabilities. Utilize network of contacts to engage target customers. We are a bona-fide marketing agency under the FAR.
Strategic Alliances and Teaming. Identify strategic or tactical partners and negotiate prime contractor/subcontractor teaming agreements. Leverage FAS contacts and additional consulting resources to supplement a team and to provide cost-effective solutions to customers.
Customer Meetings, Presentations, Bidder’s Conferences, Negotiations. Effective, professional and persuasive representation in interactions with customers, teaming partners or collaborators.
Opportunity Capture. Develop capture strategy and plan, interact with contracting officers and end-users, review, negotiate and draft proposals, quotations, statements of work, terms and conditions, purchase orders or contract documents in Federal, State and local procurements; includes review of certified cost and pricing data and the application of DCAA cost principles in proposals.
Related Agreements. Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), product or technology evaluation licenses or agreements, and the like.
Post-Award Services
Contract Management and Administration. Process improvement reviews in contract management
Dispute Resolution. Resolve contract performance disputes or other potential disputes, both at the prime contractor to government level and the prime contractor to subcontractor level
Compliance Reviews. GSA and VA Schedule contract compliance review and risk analysis
Schedule Contract Renewals and Audit Support. Advise and negotiate pricing strategy (including basis of award customer selection) and audit support in GSA and VA Schedule contracts – preparation for site visits and audits – often in conjunction with outside counsel in order to preserve attorney/client or other legal privileges.
